Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM) Avionic Systems

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with suppliers for all operational activities
• Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance to contribute to supplier development
• Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring on-time and high-quality performance
• Evaluate suppliers during the tendering phase to support selection decisions
• Ensure supplier compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor new product introductions and industrial qualification maturity
• Identify industrial risks within the supply chain and propose mitigation or recovery plans
• Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects
• Report on supplier operational performance using established management tools

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business Administration
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Procurement, Quality, Production, Engineering, or Program Management
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish at a negotiation level
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
