Supply Chain Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and audit suppliers (IPCA, load/capacity, SCORE, SLA, etc.) and drive corrective action plans
• Ensure delivery performance by monitoring OTD/DoD (Supply) and OQD/RFT (Quality) indicators
• Manage risk mitigation plans and anticipate supply disruptions
• Handle quality and delay crises (SOR, War Room) and implement recovery plans
• Process non-conformities (8D/9S) and ensure compliance with APQP milestones and Quality Gates
• Participate in product/process audits and report on KPIs

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering school or University) specialized in Supply Chain, Quality, or Industry
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial performance management, ideally in the aerospace sector
• Proficiency in quality tools (8D, APQP, PPAP)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP)
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and ability to work in an international environment
