Supply Chain Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance and contribute to contract execution
• Perform effective control of supplier activities to secure understanding of scope and situation
• Implement recovery, improvement, and development plans to ensure product and service conformity
• Coordinate stakeholders and contribute to Multi-Functional or Divisional Teams (MFT/MDT)
• Manage Transfer of Work (ToW) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects driven by Airbus
• Monitor supplier-driven NPI and manage project workloads and costs
• Ensure adherence to industrial planning and report project status using SMP IT tools
• Manage APQP deliverables for ToW/NPI projects and share lessons learned
• Ensure work package maturity before handover to serial SCQM

Requirements

• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
• Proven experience in similar supply chain quality roles
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Strong knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
• Proactive mindset with strong program management and decision-making skills
