Supply Chain & Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage critical and strategic topics for the department across a wide scope of mechanical and electronic components.
• Drive supplier performance and capabilities to ensure quality, delivery times, and costs meet Airbus requirements.
• Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) application as part of the department's leader pool.
• Coach and support international suppliers and internal Supply Chain Quality Managers on quality and supply processes.
• Manage subcontracted quality activities and support global governance to influence continuous improvement.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), Design Modifications (MOD), and Transfers of Work (ToW).

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain / Quality Management.
• Proven professional experience in industrial environments with a strong background in Supply Chain and Quality.
• Technical expertise in project management, supplier control frameworks, and manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, specifically Airbus Supplier Requirements (ASR) and APQP methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency with outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence others and demonstrate assertiveness in a global environment.
