Supply Chain Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers for compliance with supply chain quality requirements through standard or specific assessments.
• Manage supplier approval, compliance, and surveillance under DOA (Design Organization Approval) and POA (Production Organization Approval) frameworks.
• Monitor and measure supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Quality Delivery (OQD) performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions for high-risk or strategic suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate supplier-level risks through on-site capability assessments.
• Lead the Supply Chain & Quality Improvement Program (SQIP) to strengthen supplier robustness and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure compliance with EASA requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or Business.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Project Management.
• Knowledge or experience in Test Means, Engineering Services, Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Services, or R&T.
• Proficiency in English negotiation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Europe for business purposes.
• Strong stakeholder management, diplomacy, and the ability to influence in a multicultural environment.
