About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive improvement of SCM Quality KPIs, including Before-Delivery NC%, Manufacturing NC%, and Install Cost/System.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or 8D methodologies.
  • Own ROS NCC governance for supply-chain-related categories and support overall oversight.
  • Provide quality oversight for refurb and repair programs to ensure compliance with QMS procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve supplier-caused quality issues.
  • Translate emerging supplier-related quality performance insights into actionable improvements.
  • Track and report on quality performance, improvements, and NCC reduction progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality, supply chain quality, or manufacturing quality within complex, regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated experience driving improvement of supply chain quality KPIs and post-delivery cost metrics.
  • Strong background in structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, or PDCA.
  • Solid understanding of QMS and regulatory requirements, specifically ISO 13485 or FDA 21 CFR 820.
  • Proficiency in leveraging ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, or MES to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
  • Proven success in overseeing refurb and repair quality programs.
