Supply Chain Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality within the supply chain by managing Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) standards.
• Train warehouse staff and 3PL partners on cleaning procedures, allergy management, and personal hygiene.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and 3PL sites to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
• Perform sampling and quality checks for raw and packaging materials (Level 1) and manage material releases.
• Lead HACCP team activities and oversee pest control management and corrective action plans.
• Monitor inventory freshness, manage non-conforming materials, and enforce FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policies.
• Prepare daily and weekly supply chain quality reports, including risk visibility and root cause analysis.
• Facilitate improvement action plans and assist management in establishing supply chain standards and procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proven operational experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing processes, tools, and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to operate warehouse-related software.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including exposure to cold temperatures and allergens.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related experience in logistics, technical, or transportation roles.
• Experience working with automated mechanical processes and troubleshooting.
