Supply Chain Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional, global supply chain initiatives to improve cost, service, resilience, and scalability.
• Manage complex, multi-workstream projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
• Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, task owners, and due dates, in collaboration with project leads.
• Coordinate regular status meetings, manage timelines, and drive decision-making and accountability across Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Lead risk mitigation, contingency planning, and change management activities to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Establish and drive structured project governance standards and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Develop standard project dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting to provide transparency to leadership.
• Use data analytics and ERP/PLM systems to drive process improvements and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced electronics environment with a high level of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Prince2).
• Familiarity with Smartsheets and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes or experience within the electronics industry.
