About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute supply chain projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues
- Drive initiatives focused on improving material flow, supplier performance, and production readiness
- Support new product introductions by coordinating supply chain readiness and cross-functional alignment
- Leverage ERP/planning systems and analytics tools to monitor project KPIs and supply chain metrics
- Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure project goals align with operational priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment
- Strong project management skills with familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
- Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes or fab operations
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
- Basic understanding of inventory management, demand management, capacity planning, and supplier coordination
