About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute supply chain projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues
  • Drive initiatives focused on improving material flow, supplier performance, and production readiness
  • Support new product introductions by coordinating supply chain readiness and cross-functional alignment
  • Leverage ERP/planning systems and analytics tools to monitor project KPIs and supply chain metrics
  • Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure project goals align with operational priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment
  • Strong project management skills with familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
  • Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes or fab operations
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
  • Basic understanding of inventory management, demand management, capacity planning, and supplier coordination
