Supply Chain Program Manager (Risk Management)

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the sensing, triage, communication, and mitigation of supply chain risk events to improve operational resiliency.
• Establish systems to monitor potential global events and determine their likelihood of impact on operations.
• Lead cross-functional "War Rooms" to develop and execute mitigation strategies during disruption events.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, legal, and finance teams to assess risk severity and revenue impact.
• Implement governance systems and defined roles to manage end-to-end issue-resolution processes.
• Monitor and report risk-management performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to support risk management and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in finance, procurement, supply chain, or operations within large, global organizations.
• Direct experience with procurement and risk-management processes.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and executive-level presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and understanding of operational metrics/dashboard design.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams.
