Supply Chain Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate procurement tasks to ensure the on-time delivery of goods and services for new Amazon Fulfillment Centers
• Track and report project progress, proactively identifying risks and managing mitigation plans
• Monitor Purchase Order status and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely equipment delivery
• Partner with Category Managers to standardize order and escalation processes
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with internal Start Up and Launch teams
• Lead the setup of standard procurement procedures and identify ways to streamline existing processes
• Manage supplier relationships, including inventory management and long-term supply chain strategies
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and service level agreements for core programs

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience driving process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
