About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a consolidated master production plan, considering manufacturing capacities, order status, deadlines, and material availability.
  • Ensure internal and external delivery dates are met while adhering to quality and cost requirements.
  • Adjust production plans flexibly to accommodate capacity fluctuations and ensure continuous utilization.
  • Perform simulations and impact analyses regarding changes in the production plan.
  • Participate in strategic production planning and conduct tactical analyses on critical resources and flexibility options.
  • Lead and implement improvement and progress projects within the planning department.
  • Coordinate regularly with central service areas, the Customer Contact Center (CCC), and international locations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Logistics, Planning, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high level of IT affinity.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • B2 level proficiency in French and English (or willingness to develop French to B2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a structured, independent manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
