Supply Chain & Production Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing suppliers and qualify new ones
• Negotiate with suppliers and OEMs on pricing, payment terms, and quality standards
• Drive cost optimization across the value chain to improve unit economics
• Implement structured production practices and continuous improvement methodologies
• Own incoming and final quality control processes
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams for manufacturability
• Work with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely delivery
• Create and maintain detailed production and process documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production facility
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and drive down costs
• Experience overseeing end-to-end processes from material inward to shipping
• Strong English communication skills for international coordination
• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently
• Comfortable with periodic inventory audits and obsolescence reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with mechanical CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
• Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience with electronic component or PCBA sourcing and BOM optimization
