Supply Chain Product Manager, New Product Introductions

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to improve service, productivity, and quality in alignment with organizational vision
• Partner with internal development teams to understand technical requirements and guide supply chain activities
• Prepare and deliver detailed, data-driven business reviews to senior management regarding new product launches
• Drive strategic Bill of Materials (BOM) reviews to ensure multi-sourcing of critical components and timely qualifications
• Manage strategic inventory for long-lead and unique materials to ensure successful launch and post-launch scaling
• Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, or operations
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
