About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic plans to improve service, productivity, and quality in alignment with organizational vision
- Partner with internal development teams to understand technical requirements and guide supply chain activities
- Prepare and deliver detailed, data-driven business reviews to senior management regarding new product launches
- Drive strategic Bill of Materials (BOM) reviews to ensure multi-sourcing of critical components and timely qualifications
- Manage strategic inventory for long-lead and unique materials to ensure successful launch and post-launch scaling
- Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, or operations
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
