Supply Chain Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams of engineers and development partners through all stages of the product development lifecycle.
• Evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology guidelines and standards to improve product quality and manufacturing processes (DFM).
• Drive engineering teams to resolve product issues during the production stage, including production recovery and preventive actions.
• Review and govern the technical quality of engineering deliverables from project teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and other engineering teams to implement product scope and requirements.
• Provide domain-specific expertise and leadership to cross-organizational projects and programs.
• Mentor less experienced staff members to promote engineering design innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Typically 10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design or related fields.
• Proficiency in computer debugging and troubleshooting (HW, SW/FW, and BIOS).
• Knowledge of PCA Manufacturing Processes (e.g., SMT, ICT, ATE).
• Ability to read and update product schematics.
• Programming proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Must reside within Taiwan or Singapore (relocation assistance is not provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Certification.
• Project Management Certification.
• Experience with Process Automation and Manufacturing Automation.
• Knowledge of AI & ML (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning).
