Supply Chain Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams through all stages of NPI development for complex products, platforms, and systems.
• Review and govern the technical quality of engineering deliverables from internal and outsourced development partners.
• Evaluate designs for compliance with manufacturing requirements (DFM & DFA) and development standards.
• Provide engineering leadership to drive timely resolution of product issues and manage changes via established processes.
• Drive innovation and the integration of new technologies into the engineering design organization.
• Mentor less experienced staff members to promote engineering design excellence.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in engineering design.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture and BIOS/Firmware/Software.
• Proficiency in manufacturing processes, specifically PCA SMT and System manufacturing.
• Technical skills in Python and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certification.
• Six Sigma Certification.
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning.
