Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Obtain goods and services required by the organization, covering both indirect operations (office supplies, travel, maintenance) and direct operations (raw materials for manufacturing and construction).
• Execute end-to-end procurement processes including product/service sourcing and supplier selection.
• Lead pricing and terms negotiations to ensure optimal value.
• Manage order processing and contract administration.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance and quality.
• Apply practical knowledge to solve difficult problems and influence others through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product or service sourcing.
• Expertise in supplier selection and performance management.
• Strong skills in pricing and terms negotiation.
• Proficiency in order processing and contract administration.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
