Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations including RFQs, quotation analysis, negotiations, PO creation, and vendor coordination.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for materials, components, and consumables.
• Ensure on-time material availability to meet production and project requirements.
• Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and price negotiation to achieve optimal cost savings.
• Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) parameters.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain and update procurement data, reports, and supplier documentation in ERP systems.
• Support new supplier onboarding, audits, and documentation compliance.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and implement cost reduction and localization programs (for AM/DM levels).
• Lead procurement professionals and guide them in daily operational tasks (for AM/DM levels).

Requirements

• Experience in Consumer Appliances (Tier-I Suppliers or OEMs only)
• 5+ years of experience for Executive / Senior Executive roles
• 7+ years of experience for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager roles
• Expertise in supplier development, negotiation, and procurement excellence
• Ability to join within 20 days (Immediate preferred)
