Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for First Sale for Export (FSFE) transactions, ensuring accurate posting and compliance with tariff structures.
• Monitor transaction flows, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support Intercompany Greater Asia sites with PO/SO creation and execution under the Singapore Tax Principal model.
• Manage intercompany returns, claims, transactional exceptions, and stakeholder escalations.
• Maintain and synchronize master data (material, customer, vendor) across planning and production systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by assessing process gaps, standardizing tasks, and updating SOPs.
• Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, claims processing, and error processing.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with Macros.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail with numbers.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Ability to multi-task, work with virtual teams, and act as a self-starter.
