Supply Chain Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning for the Hong Kong and Macau markets across all SKUs and channels
• Implement forecasting methodologies combining statistical baselines with commercial inputs such as sales trends, promotions, and seasonality
• Improve forecast accuracy and bias through structured analysis and repeatable review routines
• Manage the full product life cycle, including new product launches and end-of-life management
• Facilitate structured discussions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on a single demand plan
• Establish reliable planning data foundations and develop effective dashboards to support decision-making
• Partner with supply planning teams to ensure demand plans are feasible and monitor inventory service indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain planning
• Experience working in developing or mid-maturity S&OP environments
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Strong data processing and analytical capabilities with the ability to simplify complexity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, luxury, or retail environments
