Supply Chain Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Material Planners to manage material support for designated product lines
• Establish inventory strategies for raw materials and finished goods based on quarterly forecasted demand
• Ensure timely purchase order placement and hygiene to align material with production requirements
• Develop quarterly production plans and communicate requirements to Manufacturing teams
• Work cross-functionally with Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Product teams
• Develop backorder mitigation plans and manage communications with Sales Operations
• Verify MRP inputs (forecasts, inventory levels) and outputs (planned purchase and production orders)
• Act as a subject matter expert for designated product families

Requirements

• BS in Supply Chain or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, or a related position
• Proven experience managing a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Strong attention to detail and a mindset capable of influencing process change
