Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation of supply chain planning by developing data analysis tools and digital applications to enhance performance management.
• Collaborate with GSC China Central Planning teams to build effective digital tools for Demand Planning, SIOP, and SSCM.
• Partner with factory Supply Chain Management teams to research business scenarios and develop applications that improve planning quality and efficiency.
• Expand data sources to provide broader perspectives and establish a solid data foundation for digital transformation.
• Design and develop system modules, including data interfaces, business logic, and data models for the Supply Chain Planning Decision Support System (DSS).
• Provide architecture solution design for new digital demands and maintain the stability of the DSS data platform.
• Develop and deploy subcontracting tools across China subcontractors.

Requirements

• Proficient in databases such as SQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Proficient in AI Agent, Skill, and Harness frameworks, as well as Machine Learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiar with data processing and analysis tools including Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong development skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, VB, or VUE.
• Hands-on experience in architecture design and full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and proactive project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across various business departments.
