Supply Chain - Planning and Material Management Specialist (Inventory Management Focus)

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure on-time fulfillment of orders by scheduling, placing, and releasing orders to ensure material availability.
• Plan, adjust, and monitor inventories while managing replenishment parameters.
• Ensure on-time processing and delivery of purchased materials.
• Participate in master data maintenance, including pricing and lead time updates.
• Analyze data to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for planning and material management.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all internal and external stakeholders regarding supply chain issues.
• Work closely with Procurement for material sourcing and Logistics/Compliance for the movement of goods.
• Support Supply Chain management in special projects and operations projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning and materials management (or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Supply Chain with a strong, required focus on Inventory Management.
• Proven proficiency in Excel for mining, evaluating, and visualizing data.
• Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP.
• Experience working within complex matrix or centralized organizations.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a diverse organizational environment.
