Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain processes including inventory analysis, order fulfillment, and import/export operations for regional or global business units.
• Produce reports using IT systems and analyze data to identify supply and demand trends.
• Lead backlog management analysis and gather demand data from various stakeholders to support demand planning.
• Collaborate with regional and global planning teams to maintain and enhance business processes.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous review of performance metrics and process improvement.
• Communicate requirements and guidelines to global planning teams and provide direction to junior staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and production planning.
• Proficiency with SAP applications and supply chain analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Certified Professional In Supply Management (CPSM) certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes.
