Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities

• Raise, expedite, and manage purchase orders for materials within your assigned portfolio
• Manage stock levels to support demand and ensure appropriate inventory availability
• Perform general administrative duties including processing dispatch paperwork and scanning documentation
• Liaise with 3rd Party logistics providers via email and phone
• Manage queries through the SAP workflow and assist colleagues with workflow issues
• Review and investigate OTIF (On-Time In-Full) misses
• Support stock administration and ensure accurate paperwork is produced under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Good numeracy and statistics skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong customer focus and ability to work as part of a team
• Experience with SAP and RF systems is a significant advantage
