Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end tactical supply plans to support NPI, production, and off-nominal builds
• Translate engineering demand and build schedules into executable material requirements within ERP/MRP systems
• Optimize factory planning parameters including lead times, lot sizes, and safety stock
• Drive BOM maturity and change management execution by assessing material impact of ECOs
• Identify and mitigate material readiness risks related to design instability and supplier capacity
• Ensure accurate master data governance for BOMs, routings, and planning attributes
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement
• Establish and monitor material readiness metrics such as shortage tracking and inventory health
• Lead shortage resolution and recovery management through root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with DoD program requirements and traceability standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or management
• 1+ years of experience with NPI or Change Management operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP software such as SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with defense or advanced technology products
• Knowledge of DoD regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
