Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules using SAP and Excel to meet demand and optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with planners, customer service, plant leadership, and production teams to adjust schedules
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and operations to reduce downtime and improve equipment availability
• Support inventory management through daily cycle counts, PO management, and SAP troubleshooting
• Procure necessary materials and packaging, resolving vendor and procurement issues as needed
• Assist with new product and packaging initiatives by managing setup, procurement, and execution
• Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance scheduling, material flow, and equipment utilization
• Support safety and quality initiatives by participating in training, audits, and corrective actions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, inventory control, or accounting within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
• Flexibility to be on call for emergencies and provide additional coverage as needed
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
