About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain processes for a country or regional business unit, including inventory analysis, order fulfillment, and import/export operations.
- Compile key metrics, produce reports, and analyze data using IT systems for demand and supply matching.
- Support backlog management analysis and gather demand data for regional demand planning.
- Review current business processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization.
- Establish and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents.
- Communicate requirements and guidelines to regional business unit planning teams.
- Conduct ongoing operational training and readiness for new hires.
Requirements
- Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and SAP applications.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and production planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (Standards Organizations).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes.
