Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory and demand trends to develop weekly supply plans
• Maintain accurate Master Production Schedule for various products and SKUs
• Create, issue, and manage daily work orders for production and packaging
• Monitor shop floor status and department KPIs including On-Time In-Full status
• Investigate supply chain variances, stockouts, and disruptions
• Coordinate material transitions for new product launches
• Partner with Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Sales to align supply with demand
• Support capacity planning, risk analysis, and ERP/MRP system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification
