Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage demand insights from SIOP Demand Reviews to generate accurate forecasts, reorder points, and Min/Max targets.
• Set supply planning strategies based on inventory segmentation, lead times, and vendor schedules to optimize warehouse assets.
• Maintain inventory levels within target ranges to meet company Days on Hand (DOH) and Turns targets.
• Identify slow-moving and expiring items and collaborate with Sales and Sourcing to execute depletion strategies.
• Participate in SIOP Demand and Supply Reviews to identify forecast variances and propose supply risk mitigation plans.
• Place and manage purchase orders with vendors, resolving issues related to delivery, quantity, or pricing.
• Analyze historical data and new insights to provide optimal operating recommendations and manage system parameters.
• Support the development of new KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• APICS certification.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
