Supply Chain Operative

Responsibilities

• Carry out warehouse, dispensary and shipping activities in line with approved Supply Chain processes
• Weigh raw materials ready for use in production
• Load and offload tankers; full training will be provided
• Receive, check, handle and store materials, ensuring acceptable condition and accurate system records
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities using scanners, computers and documentation
• Follow established procedures and report issues, discrepancies or deviations
• Support stock control activities, including stock counting and investigations
• Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment, adhering to 5S practices and company Health and Safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence is required; refresher training available if out of date
• Experience handling materials in a warehouse or industrial environment
• Competency using scanners, computers and documentation for record keeping
• Understanding of health and safety and 5S practices
• Availability to work twilight shift hours: 15:45 to 23:45 Monday to Thursday and 15:00 to 20:30 Friday
