Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive the day-to-day procurement lifecycle including material planning, RFQs, and PO creation
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to forecast material needs
• Resolve vendor and supply chain issues such as delays or shipping errors
• Manage the intake process by inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Maintain accurate inventory records using management software
• Lead regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
• Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in logistics, material handling, or inventory management
• Proficiency with inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
• Ability to follow and enforce SOPs
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and operate warehouse equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in logistics or inventory management
• Veteran status
