Supply Chain Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage plant delivery performance, inventory accuracy, logistics, and capacity management
• Oversee purchasing requirements for direct, indirect, tooling, and CAPEX spend
• Act as Process Owner for Purchasing and Materials, maintaining all department documentation and CSRs
• Drive compliance with ISO/IATF requirements and plant business operating systems
• Manage supplier relationships, including scorecards, development, and contract negotiations
• Lead departmental personnel through scheduling, performance evaluations, and training development
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives to optimize cost control and efficiency
• Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues and customer concerns in collaboration with Quality Control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in supply chain or operations management
• Strong understanding of APQP processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards
• APIC Certification
