Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies required for logistics functions
• Monitor and control inventory integrity and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Receive and verify purchase orders and stock items appropriately
• Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, and receipt audits
• Track and report non-conforming or damaged parts in coordination with QA/QC
• Maintain the physical condition of the loading dock and warehouse while observing safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with HAZMAT storage and shipping plans
• Respond to internal customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving
• 2+ years of experience with ERP functionality
• Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities like standing or sitting for extended periods
• Ability to work a weekend, first-shift schedule (Friday–Monday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment
