Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies required for logistics functions
• Monitor and control inventory integrity and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Receive and verify purchase orders, stocking items appropriately
• Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy
• Maintain the physical condition of the loading dock and warehouse while ensuring safety protocols are observed
• Track and report non-conforming or damaged parts in coordination with QA/QC teams
• Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for incoming materials
• Ensure compliance with HAZMAT storage and shipping plans
• Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Operate various material handling equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with ERP functionality
• Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite applications
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and type for extended periods
• Dedication to safety in an environment that may include heat, noise, fumes, and high voltage

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
