Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware from sourcing to final delivery
• Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks
• Leverage Coupa and advanced Excel to monitor performance and build dashboards
• Oversee hardware warranty entitlement and renewals for data center infrastructure
• Partner with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to align demand forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience
• Experience in energy sector or critical infrastructure environments
• High expertise in Excel for data modeling and dashboards
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing complex global supply chains
• Experience driving vendor onboarding and continuous process improvements
