Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware from sourcing to final delivery
• Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate approval cycles
• Leverage Coupa and advanced Excel to monitor performance and build intuitive dashboards
• Oversee hardware warranty entitlement and renewals for data center networking and compute infrastructure
• Partner with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to align demand forecasting and validate specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience
• Experience in the energy sector or critical infrastructure environment preferred
• High expertise in Excel for data modeling and dashboards
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Jira
