Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities

• Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and select supply chain orientations
• Perform risk analyses and maintain risk/preventive action matrices
• Organize and plan production based on technical and financial requirements
• Manage projects to ensure compliance with deadline and quality commitments
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal stakeholders
• Monitor internal and external subcontracted work
• Negotiate terms including pricing and delivery schedules
• Manage deliveries and administrative project tasks (opening/closing files)
• Ensure project profitability and monitor technical validations/modifications
• Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in mechanics, logistics, or production management
• Proven technical knowledge in mechanics
• Proficiency in English (technical reading, writing, and speaking)
• Experience working in an industrial environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Pack and ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the aeronautical industry
