Supply Chain & NPI Director

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategies across multiple commodities including SSDs, memory, and networking
• Manage long-term supplier partnerships, roadmap reviews, and NPI activities
• Oversee NPI processes for the Operations team to ensure product availability and quality
• Collaborate with engineering and product management on supplier trends and cost models
• Manage supplier performance, cost models, and KPI development
• Drive project timeline management for multiple NPI programs across functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supplier Quality, or Supplier Development
• Domain expertise in data storage, SSD, and memory markets
• Experience working in startup environments and managing unstructured processes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, finance, and engineering teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
