Supply Chain Network Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own, govern, and evolve end-to-end supply network models to drive proactive transformation and business-critical decisions.
• Act as the primary technical leader for constructing, calibrating, and maintaining baseline and scenario models.
• Lead data leadership and governance, ensuring validation, accuracy, and cross-functional alignment for all modelling data.
• Translate complex model outputs into insightful, business-relevant recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Design and lead scenario creation, including resilience testing, sensitivity analyses, and trade-off modelling.
• Partner with functional leaders across Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, and Commercial to align assumptions and secure buy-in.
• Drive continuous improvement in modelling methodology, tooling, workflow automation, and data pipelines.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Supply Chain Network Design, S&OP analysis, or Logistics Strategy.
• Mandatory domain experience in the FMCG/CPG sector within a multinational environment.
• Advanced modelling experience using Coupa Llamasoft.
• Highly advanced data manipulation skills with expertise in Excel, VBA, Python, and SQL.
• Strong capability in end-to-end cost reconciliation and bridging operational vs. financial views.
• Proven track record of presenting complex analytical recommendations to senior, non-technical audiences.

• Strong storytelling skills to synthesize complex data into compelling executive-level narratives.
• Ability to operate with agility across multiple projects and tight governance timelines.
