About the role
Responsibilities
- Train new and current teammates in specialized software including PANDAC, SurgiTrack, and QSight
- Assist with software implementations, which may include nights and weekends
- Provide coverage for teammates during vacations, leaves of absence, or vacancies
- Assess at-risk customer programs and onsite teammates to provide program health feedback
- Create and implement action plans for at-risk customer programs
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Services Regional Managers and provide detailed feedback regarding programs
- Travel up to 75% to various accounts and be available for travel within seven days
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare surgical services, logistics materials management, or project management
- Basic knowledge of wound closure products (sutures, needles, endomechanical products) and procedures
- Exposure to inventory management software and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently through to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to formulate reports, analyze outcomes, and make data-driven recommendations
- Associate degree preferred
