Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage production scheduling, order processing, and manufacturing order execution
• Plan customer order shipments and confirm delivery timelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers from order intake to material delivery
• Oversee transport freighting, including import/export and messaging services
• Coordinate between commercial, production, and laboratory departments
• Monitor raw material and finished product stocks and conduct inventories
• Manage logistics assistants and forklift operators
• Negotiate transport rates and optimize logistics costs

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar industrial supply chain role
• Proven experience in team management
• Proficiency with ERP systems and general IT tools
• Professional proficiency in written English (reading and writing)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to urgent priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
