Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of EPC procurement and supply chain activities
• Lead PMC supply chain, logistics, expediting, and materials management teams
• Manage expediting activities across China and Indonesia
• Coordinate customs clearance and importation activities
• Oversee material management and inventory control at site
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to protect project schedules
• Monitor manufacturing progress and supplier performance
• Ensure material readiness for construction and commissioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience on major industrial projects
• Minimum 8 years in a senior Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Materials Manager role
• Experience managing supply chains involving China-based manufacturers
• Experience with international procurement and importation into Indonesia
• Experience with oversized and heavy-lift equipment logistics
• Experience supporting EPC and PMC project delivery models
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• MCIPS / FCIPS or APICS Certification
• CSCP, CPM, or Project Management Certification
• Brownfield project experience
• Nickel smelting, ferroalloy, or heavy industrial experience
