Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end material lifecycle, including demand planning, supply planning, and purchasing to ensure non-stop manufacturing production.
• Lead and develop a team of buyers and materials planners, providing coaching and professional growth opportunities.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and services critical to semiconductor production.
• Source and manage domestic service contracts, handling commercial negotiations and service quality assurance.
• Collaborate with global procurement, engineering, finance, and R&D to align supply plans with business objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory levels, material availability, cost, and supplier performance.
• Mitigate risks by analyzing contract terms and managing domestic and international logistics.
• Streamline organizational effectiveness by improving IT supporting systems and eliminating non-value-adding activities.

Requirements

• BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in planning and purchasing management.
• Proficiency with SAP (SAP MM experience is a plus).
• Proven experience in sourcing, commercial negotiations, and contract drafting/review.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international logistics.
• Expertise in demand planning, MRP, and supply planning processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process high volumes of complex data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
