Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets, component sourcing, and infrastructure logistics.
• Perform procurement functions including data center infrastructure, software, and technical services procurement.
• Negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and pricing strategies with OEMs and SaaS vendors.
• Partner with Engineering and Architect teams to translate technical roadmaps into multi-year supply chain forecasts.
• Build redundancy into the supplier network to mitigate geopolitical disruptions and component shortages.
• Oversee domestic and global logistics, customs compliance, and delivery of high-value hardware to data centers.
• Support Accounting and Finance teams with cashflow forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing, ideally within a technology or engineering environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
