Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day P2P processes including requisitions, RFQ/RFP support, PO creation, and invoice reconciliation
• Execute RFP/RFQ processes to identify and onboard qualified suppliers
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness using QCD metrics
• Execute purchasing activities, including PO placement, order follow-up, and expediting
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing to support build schedules and identify long-lead items
• Support daily use and continuous improvement of ERP/MRP systems
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to ITAR, DFARS, and FAR compliance

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing in aerospace, defense, automotive, or hardware environments
• Experience executing procure-to-pay processes and supplier coordination
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and supplier selection support
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as NetSuite or SAP
• Working knowledge of ITAR/DFARS/FAR compliance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
