About the Company

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor designed to provide critical power to hospitals, data centers, and remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and lead times.
• Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle from requisition to closure.
• Develop and manage supplier agreements including MSAs and NDAs.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and monitor supplier performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Proven track record in negotiation and contract management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the nuclear energy industry or with nuclear codes and standards.
• Familiarity with NQA-1, ASME BPVC, or ISO 9001/AS9100.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and process inspections.
