Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and prevent shortages or excess
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to forecast demand
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including delays, quality issues, or cost overruns
• Establish KPIs and use data analytics to monitor performance and improve operations
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement strategies, and inventory control
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and French are a plus)
