Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Operation Process (S&OP) to optimize inventory levels and consolidate monthly sales forecasts.
• Control stock levels across local and overseas warehouses to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
• Manage replenishment forecasts, order processing, and new product launches in coordination with brand companies.
• Optimize transport costs and ensure on-time delivery across Vietnam while meeting annual saving budgets.
• Manage logistics vendors to ensure high service standards and track product distribution.
• Standardize warehouse processes to ensure proper storage conditions and internal control compliance.
• Oversee importation processes, ensuring smooth customs clearance and compliance with local regulations to avoid delays or fees.
• Lead price strategies for importation and manage tax stamp usage and state labeling regulations.

Requirements

• University degree with specialized knowledge in storage, transportation, import/export, and quality control.
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in English and office computer skills.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• High level of accuracy, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
