Supply Chain Manager Last Mile

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America AMXL Last Mile volume planning cycles from the current quarter through year-end
• Build and maintain site and package-level attainment plans to determine delivered volume, carrier mix, and route density
• Collect, validate, and model inputs to build full-year volume flows within network constraints
• Drive leadership alignment to lock achievable quarterly targets and gain approval for optimal plans
• Own data and communication handoffs to carrier planning and finance teams
• Build and improve planning models in partnership with data science and analytics teams
• Develop data-driven tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and trends
• Analyze plan variances to identify root causes and develop bridges explaining metric changes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned plans across the end-to-end supply chain

Requirements

• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience driving process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
• Master's degree
